Set six years after season 6, Occupied Equestria presents an alternative history where the Changelings have conquered half of Equestria, while a former Equestrian colony - soured to Princess Twilight's notion of harmony with all creatures because of their encounters with griffins - Invaded and took the other half. In Baltimare and the Equestrian Southeast, the magic of friendship has weakened, as Communists, Changeling infiltrators, Fascists, gangs, and corrupt creepy politicians threaten the city. This role play is based in large part upon the Equestria at War mod for Hearts of Iron 4, and uses D&d 3.5e mechanics.

They are very mountainous and hilly, so the lands weren’t well suited for earth ponies or unicorns, but Pegasi could settle the mountaintops, even the clouds. You know, kind of like Cloudsdale... or even... have you heard of the city of Timbucktu? Before it was sacked by Changelings, anyways. Well, the various tribes of the Pterripi ponies were the first to settle the area. They were disunited at first, living in various clans. The first pony to unite them all was a Pegasus named Trotsius. He is said to have fought and defeated s number of magical beasts. Chimera, Manticores, Sea Serpents... even sirens. His most famous moments involve his dealings with the King Guillermo of the Empire of Asterion. This was long before the Griffonian Empire, and Asterion ruled a sizable portion of the southern part of the continent. Anyways, a Pegasus princess by the name of Hayriadne was taken prisoner after a raid, and was held hostage in a labyrinth on their southern island. Trotsius is said to have carefully navigated the labyrinth, and rescued the princess from it, only to thereafter be confronted by King Guillermo. He challenged Guillermo in a one on one duel, and after a long battle, succeeded in piercing him with a spear taken off of a ceremonial armor suit. He married Hayriadne, which cemented his role as king over the eastern tribes, and founded the city of Nimbusi on a mountaintop, which became the center of the new kingdom in the East. Later, a Pegasus named lickurgus established a set of laws in the kingdom. Another pony, named Molon, was a reformer of the kingdom later. He established much of the democratic infrastructure, like the dome and the boule. There is much more, we studied this for years in school”

The Oracle next directed her to to kill the golden king of New Cervus. The Golden King was a viking raider over much of south Ioneighda. She chased him for a year, and eventually was able to lame him, then kill him. The next task was to kill a dangerous magical boar, With the advice of a centaur to trap it in snow, she was able to do so. The next task was to clean the stables of Airopoli - no easy task. She diverted the river to do so. Next, she had to kill the Skarmori - a group of parrot raiders. She frightened them with a rattle, then shot them with arrows covered in poison from the hydra. The next task was to capture a prince of Asterion, who was causing unrest in that kingdom. The next was to track down a group of cannibalistic mares lead by Queen Diomares. She was able to capture them, then goad them into killing and eating Diomares, which freed them from their lust for equine flesh. In another task, she stole a saddle from a queen named Hippoly. In another task, she stole the cattle of an Arimaspi, a fierce giant.
