Okay, Posey has two lvl 1 slots left. She could try defiling to get some back, but... I'm so embarrassed by that last post that I don't want to use the Dragon #315 table for the rest of the fight. Or the rest of the game, idk.
Posey has a Spectral Hand active, so she can make touch attacks at a range, although they have her out-powered with ranged attacks.

Thinking fast, Posey casts Hide From Undead (DC 15), and opens the door to the other room, stepping through.

If Posey has just completely noped out of that room, we can move forward to the cave

The ELF team has a sense of self preservation, and is going to hesitate before following Posey into a room that they think might contain hordes of undead.

In the room behind Posey, the gunfire continues. This is not a small amount of gunfire, as it consists of numerous shots and continues for some seconds. If Posey remains right there in the doorway, she is in line of fire. If she moves a few feet to the left, or a few feet to the right, she is not in the line of fire. For the moment, Posey is evidently not the target.

The cave itself is twice the length, at least, of the cellar chamber Posey left. It's 12 or more feet high in its higher areas, though much is less. The floor is uneven.

Posey looks into the cave to see, in the dull light, the forms of one, two three, four, five, six, seven... Is that an eighth form? All equine in Nature. They move curiously towards the sound

The first is clearly in the form of a pink pegasus pony, a mare in Royal Guard armor. She has golden eyes, and she looks directly at Posey. Her lips and snout are pale. Her neckguard is broken off. She has a scabbard containing a physically broken sword.

Somewhere behind is a large, bay earth pony with a red and blue plaid shirt. He has an axe on a decayed wooden belt. His black snout is likewise pale. He is a bit further away, and less attentive.

Near him is an orange earth pony stallion, wearing a beige sheriff's deputy uniform, a badge, and the name of Callahua County. He too stares blankly towards the wall. He wears a wide brimmed cowboy beige hat. He has a revolver on a leather belt, and an electric torch.

On the right side is a young dark purple mare wearing a long, black dress. Her mane is still tied back, and she carries a red purse, and a camera.

Between the set is a pair of ponies. One is somewhat familiar looking light green stallion with a short mane cut combed over to the left side. He carries nothing. Next to him is a mare who wears a kitchen apron and a familiar necklace.

But to the right, and also staring right at Posey, is a small white colt. He has his cutie mark - a stick - but must be young. He looks tired, and wears a red bandana around his neck, and a beige shirt that resembles a uniform. He carries a knife, and a small net on a small pole.

Posey hears an answer from the far back
"He slumbers no more"

In the far back, Posey sees another equine form an elderly red earth pony stallion, standing over a pair of caskets, wearing a black cassock, a purple epitrachelion that is gilt on its sides, and a black mitre. He carries a very long silver staff with a gilded kolovrat on the top. His eyes are red, and very serious.

"Why have you come here?!"

"He has." The stallion laments. "I have known that for a long time... But to have it confirmed...

"Little Leto Pannolovich was not a great Vampire, by any means. He was brash, thirsty, and impatient. But he was the spawn - in both senses of the term - of Veliky Pannolovich, and he was strong. He was the last of the Nobles in the region."

>>170108
He looks directly to her
"When we left, the masses and what was left of the nobles were killing each other in a civil war, and it was spreading. My thought was to wait them out. If they want to kill their betters, and rule themselves, they will fall to pieces soon enough. I drove Leto across many miles and many rivers. He made a mess wherever he went, however. He was going to be tracked down sooner rather than later. That pink mare came here one night. He got her. But then he left later that night, and never came back. Of course I knew what happened. So I stayed here. There seemed to be no point in going anywhere."

He looks to her
"Vengeance would be quite satisfying, if I could find who did it." He answers
