I’m a fat fuck. Not obese, but certainly overweight and underdeveloped. Have been for a couple of years now. I’ve got about three and a half months until I go off to university, and for reasons I can’t explain, a couple days ago I stopped not caring, and felt this burn to at least be headed in the right direction by time I’m out on my own.

I live in the middle of nowhere, no gyms around.

I’m finally ready to actually work to improve, but don’t know where to start. Any general tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'll if I can find it, I have to search a little. But there is an easy step by step guide where you start out walking a bit each day. Then after a while you switch to jog a little, and then walk a little, and after a week or two you jog, and then alternate with jogging and running. And after four weeks of this you will be able to run a good distance.

Wherever you are, you can buy a kitchen scale, start weighing your food and tracking calories. If you aren't too heavy, start running. Start small, 10 minutes and work your way up from there. Buy good sneakers, never nike (cheaply made), you need to protect your knees.

It's very dependent on the state in question. California or DC? Yeah no lol. Michigan (only for long guns- handguns are a whole other beast), rural states, florida, Texas... the important part isn't what gun laws are coming, it's what is available currently. You've got to get what you as soon as you can, so you are ready when you need them.

Read up on the Northwest Imperative. Might be called other things. Basic idea is that the five or six rurual northwest states are pretty much ideal environments with decent current freedom, and most importantly, HEAVILY white percentage wise.

Many processed foods are notorious for putting on excess fat, i think modified maize starch/treated corn flour is very good at putting on weight, stay away from beans since a lot of the company's are Jewish owned and contain a heavy amount of this shit, don't eat beans the media puts out that they are good but that is a total lie because they are filled with processed shit, if you want protein why not just consume a lot of dairy and protein with potato's or rice?
Porridge is good as well since oats are a good cereal instead of the (((cereal))) made by (((Kellogg))) (who is a Jew who wanted kids to get fat with an incredible amount of empty sugars for some fucked up reason) and the other false processed cereals which are pushed onto children, porridge also is a lot more palatable with honey which is 6 millions times better than all the other useless sugars which are meant to fuck you up.

That's like the ideal weight for a 6 feet 4 power lifter, unless you are using that mass for strength then it is definitely overweight, a ideal weight depends mainly on height as every person has different weights that their body is most comfortable at, if you weigh something like 100 kg and are 5 feet 9 then it depends on what purpose you are using that mass for, if you are wanting to become strong then excess eating is good for that but if you actually want to just lose weight then something like 80 kg is probably the best balance of fat and muscle for a 5 feet 9 male who trains for strength.
What weight do you want to be and what are you wanting to do with that body weight? Are you wanting to just lose weight or gain muscle at the same time? Think this through before actually making the final decision of what you want.

Hey have you tried fasting before?
It might help you a bit more by not eating breakfast, when the body doesn't have an intake of calories it uses it's own storage of fat when calories are burned so you could try it, our bodies were made to store fat for when food is in shortage and it's good to be able to stop yourself from eating all the time, also the brain is more alert when it has no nutrition because when we were more primitive hunters would have nothing to eat so the brain goes into a more focused mindset due to it being engraved deep within the human psyche.
Fasting is also used spiritually to achieve a higher awareness along with deeper understanding of yourself, Buddhas use fasting while in meditation.

Eh, the antioxidants and preservatives are chemicals made in a lab put onto processed meat, that's about it for meats just try get the most natural meat you can because the added chemicals are not very good for you, butchers or hunting your own food is good if you can get meat that way i would recommend it. If you can't i would say just avoid meat with lots of added shit like shop bought sausages because they can contain mother fucking SOY protein so be aware.

The government are sick fucks who get off from killing the hearts of children before they even reach the age of 10 through contaminated dietary shit. Very dark chocolate is a lot better if you can get anywhere from 85% to as close to 100 that you can get because it contains more of the cacao bean which has good fats for the body, always be on the lookout for soy in chocolate no matter the strength as always because you cannot trust corporations to put good stuff in all the time.
And last but definitely not least are sweets, these bastards made them to break the teeth of kids before they even lose their first adolescent dentures, if you are going to get sweets for a kid go for the most pure licorice that you can get because it is actually able to help you from the root of the licorice, just make sure you look out for mass produced licorice since it contains low amount of the root and more shit which could even be soy.

Not sure where to go it checked but if it's low a dietary change would be the best choice, i assume everyone here knows about onions but i doubt many people eat them raw, if you can bear eating even small bits of raw or perhaps steamed onion it would help, if you have ever heard of eating cheese and onion together it can reduce the burning taste of the acidity from the onion, strong cheeses like mature cheddar are the best in combination with onions because low strength cheeses don't take the burning feeling away as good, it's good to eat pretty much anything from the onion family so you could eat spring onions instead if normal onions are too difficult for you to eat, i like eating cheese and a full raw onion together about once a week, cheeses are dairy products as well which is good to eat.

Even at the higher price, it's worth considering getting checked. Or you can be like me, lift for years, get extremely slight gains, hurt yourself over and over again. Rinse and repeat for 20 years. I know everyone wants to believe it's in their power to turn it around, but I really don't think it is. My diet had been pretty close to perfect for years, I have been skinny, I have eaten like a horse for gains, I have lifted high reps, low reps, all kinds of programs, no gains.

Unless you are top quartile in T, you won't have gains. No one claiming to be natty on youtube is natty. They are all injecting. All the hollywood guys, they are all injecting. Even those local guys at the gym, they are injecting. You can't fight the environmental pollution, etc., that is present today.

Maybe you can get your diet together, go on a clomid restart, and have average T levels from there. But remember, average T levels of today would have been super low levels 100 years ago.

As far as i'm concerned just do for about 10 to 15 minutes, the less you do them the more minerals they will still have because they are closer to being raw so i prefer not steaming them too much to keep more of the original nutrients, that's the secret.
