If it is VOD it is probably way to big to upload here. Easiest is probably making a throwaway Mega account and upload there. There is probably other fileshare sites too, but I usually just create a temp email and a Mega account for large files.

You can try using Handbrake to reencode, but if it is an entire match (or hopefully entire day) to get the filesize down to be able to upload here you will probably have to reduce to ant-size. Mega has 15GB so a bit more space to play with there.

I didn't read that.
The reason the size is getting fatter, even when the resolution is lower is because of the "bitrate".
The video's original resolution is 1280x720 and the bitrate is 3 MB/s. If you recode it to 640x360 and reduce its bitrate to let's say 300 KB/s, the final size should be in the order of 30-35 MB; and perhaps a bit lower.

Checked, and I found the option on OpenShot. Please excuse my newfaggotry, I don't think I've opened a video editor in almost a decade. Was able to reduce it to potato quality and around 40MB, will not be uploading for obvious reasons.
